Bathroom urgently needs updates!!! Neglected maintenance shows clearly in signs of aging and cleanliness. Check-in process confusing and disorganized!!! Larger rooms needed for family bookings!!!

The location was convenient, making it easy to access I-77. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette—a great perk for longer stays. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, yet some updates are surely needed, especially in the bathroom. It's definitely a mixed bag here!

I had a nice big table to work at in the room and the bed was comfortable. Plus the cleaning staff came and went out of sight which was good for me.

The room was supposed to be a comfy spot, but it had some issues. There were signs of dirt, like dried blood on the pillow which I had to swap out. The lounge chair was broken, and even though they replaced it, it was the same faulty chair. The kitchenette was a plus, but it was lacking basic items like silverware. No ice when I asked, and the complimentary coffee was hard to get. Not my best stay for sure.

The Candlewood had a central location that was convenient for my business meetings. The amenities were well-maintained and offered a comfortable space to work. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring my needs were met during my stay.
